Getting ready for lots of Mom-time soon! My mother-in-law comes this week and my mom the next. The hubs and I love entertaining and playing tourist in our own city. Restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing galore! Be sure to follow me on Instagram to come along!

Brighten My Day

The weather has done a total 180 in the last week and I was not disappointed. I am rather a fan of gloomy days (I know, weird.) This shoot was so much fun in the rain, and I decided we need to start incorporating more props into posts… umbrella, check.

Wore this fit out for a dinner “double date” with the hubby and some friends and it was the perfect way to brighten things up.

Don’t get me wrong, I am a shopaholic there, but sometimes they really hit the nail on the head with certain pieces… this dress is a case-and-point example.
